Gardenia BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients

8 pcs Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread
For the BBQ pu lled pork:
500 g pork shoulder
200 g paprika powder
100 g garlic powder
100 g salt
200 g minced bayleaf
200 g brown sugar
300 g tomato ketchup
150 ml soy sauce
60 g cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
For the colesla w:
1 cup shredded cabbage
½ pc carrots, grated
80 ml light mayonnaise
50 ml honey

Procedure

For the BBQ Pulled pork:
Preheat oven to 150°c(300°F)
Mix Paprika Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Minced Bayleaf, Brown sugar together. Rub it in the Pork shoulder.
Bake it for 3 hours until Pork is juice and tender.
Once baked, let it cool a little then pull your pork into small pieces. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, Mix Tomato Ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, cayenne Pepper, Salt and Pepper. Mix this with the pulled pork and set aside.

For the Coleslaw:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients together. Adjust seasoning. Set aside.

To Assemble:
Trim the sides of your gardenia High Fiber whole wheat bread; flatten your bread and form a cone shape. Fill it with pulled pork and coleslaw.
Plate and serve.
