Ingredients

2pcs Gardenia Double Delights Ube and Cheese Loaf
4tbsp Melted Butter
1bar Cream Cheese
1/4cup Sugar
1tbsp Flour
1/4cup All purpose Cream
1pc Egg
1tsp Vanilla
Salted Egg
Desiccated Coconut

Procedure

1.) Preheat Oven to 120 degrees celsius
1.) Prepare the crust by slicing 3 pcs of Gardenia Double Delight Ube and Cheese into small cubes and toss it with melted butter.
2.) place the tossed bread into a cheesecake pan and press it down. Chill it on the fridge for 10 min.
3.) to prepare the cheescake, cream the cream cheese on a mixer bowl using a paddle attachment or by using a rubber spatula.
4.) add all purpose cream, sifted flour and sugar and mix gently. DO NOT OVER MIX.
5.) lastly add the egg and vanilla and mix gently. Pour the batter into the prepared cheesecake base.
6.) top the cheesecake with toasted coconut and salted egg.
7.) wrap the cheesecake pan with foil but open on top. On a larger pan, pour warm water then place the wrapped cheesecake pan inside.
8.) Bake it for 30 minutes. After baking, cool it down then chill overnight. |Brush with Margarine before serving.
