Ingredients4 pcs. Gardenia California Raisin Loaf
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
1 pc Balsamic Vinegar
4 leavesOlive Oil
ProcedureGet a slice of Gardenia California Raisin loaf, trim the edges and divide the bread into four squares, toast for 3 minutes at 1400C. (You can use the edges for pudding or fondue bread sticks) Remove from the oven.
To make the balsamic reduction: boil the balsamic vinegar in a sauce pan until it reduces and thickens.
To assemble; get a skewer or a stick Arrange in the following order, cherry tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese, California raisin bread.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar reduction and serve.
