Cinnamon Cream Cheese & Raisin Pudding Roll Ups

Ingredients

4 Slices Gardenia California Raisin Loaf

For Cinnamon and Cream Cheese Filling:
1/4 cup Cream Cheese
2 tbsp. Cinnamon
1 tbsp. Powdered Sugar

For Pudding Mixture:
1pc. Egg
1/4 cup Fresh Milk
1/4 cup All Purpose Cream
2 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Melted Butter
Salt to taste
2 tbs. Cinnamon
2 tbsp. Sugar

Procedure

1.) Preheat Oven to 120 degrees celsius.
2.) To prepare Cinnamon and Cream Cheese Filling, Combine everything in a bowl and mix until smooth. Set aside
3.) To Prepare pudding mixture, combine Egg, milk, cream, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well.
4.) Spread the cream cheese filling in 1 slice of bread and roll it after and place it on a greased baking dish. The recipe calls for 4 rolls.
5.) pour the pudding mixture onto the rolls and let it soak for 5-10 minutes.
6.) bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
7.) Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture on top after baking.
