Coffee Cream Cheese Triangles

Flattened Gardenia butterscotch Loaf with a classic combination of cream cheese and coffee and dipped in strawberry jam.

Ingredients

2 Slices of Gardenia Butterscotch Loaf
1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Coffee Powder
1 Tbsp Strawberry jam
Salt to taste

Procedure

1.) Flatten 2 slices of Gardenia Butter Scotch Loaf using a rolling pin and trim the
sides. And slice diagonally.
2.) To Prepare for the Coffee Cream Cheese Filling: In a bowl, combine the cream
cheese using a whisk/spatula. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, coffee powder and
mix. season with salt and set aside
3.) Place 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture at the middle of the bread and cover with
another bread. Seal or crimp the sides of the bread using a fork and transfer to a
baking pan
4.) Bake in the toaster oven until it turns golden brown in color.
6.) Enjoy while it's warm and serve with strawberry jam on the side.
