Creamy Fish in Pan de sal bowls

Creamy Fish Chowder on a classic pinoy Pandesal bread bowls topped with mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

2 pcs. Gardenia Pandesal
100g Cream Dory (Sliced into cubes)
20g White Onion
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Tbsp Flour
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup All Purpose Cream
80g Mozzarella
5g Spring Onion

Procedure

1.) In a pan, melt butter and sweat garlic and onion. Add Cream Dory and contineu sauteing.
2.) Add flour and cook until blonde in color. Slowly add milk and mix until it becom thick. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk and add cream. Set aside.
3.) slice the top of the pan de sal. Scoop the inside of the bread and set it aside. Pour the cream dory mixture onto the pan de sal cups.
4.) Top with mozzarella Cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
5.) Serve immediately.
