Gardenia Black Forest Layered Cake

Ingredients

1 400 g Gardenia Black Forest Loaf
1 cup Instant chocolate pudding
1 (250 ml) All purpose cream, chilled
1/3 cup Pitted cherries
1 cup Chocolate shavings
Rum (optional)

Procedure

Combine chilled all purpose cream and instant pudding in a small bowl.
Spread 1-2 tbsp of the cream mixture at the bottom of a loaf pan.
Place 2 slices of Gardenia Black Forest Loaf
Top with cream mixture and chocolate shavings.
Repeat until the pan is filled.
Top with pitted chopped cherries and remaining chocolate shavings.
Refrigerate the cake at least one hour before serving.
