Gardenia Breakfast in a Cup

Ingredients

1 slice Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Loaf
1pc Egg
1 strip Bacon, cooked
15g Mozarella, grated
Spring onions, chopped
Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Procedure

1. Spread a little bit of oil in each cup of muffin tin. Get a slice of bread. Using a cookie cutter, cut a circle. Make sure it fits the size of the cups in muffin tin then place inside.

2. Get a strip of cooked bacon then place it around the cup. Add the mozzarella.

3. Crack an egg then add salt and pepper. Bake for 205C for 15 minutes.

4. Place the egg cups on a plate then sprinkle some spring onions. Serve immediately.
