12 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread, thick slice
2 pcs Hungarian sausage, chopped
1 1/2 cups Chunky tomato sauce
200 g Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup Basil leaves
Trim off the brown edges in each slice of bread. Spread tomato sauce on one side of the bread. Place sausage and mozzarella cheese at the middle part of the bread. Top with basil leaves. Cover with another slice of bread. To seal, press down the edges of the bread using a rolling pin. Toast the sandwich until slightly brown in color. Serve warm.
