Gardenia Cheesy Potato and Leek Bake

Ingredients

Gardenia Clustered Cheese Buns 2 bun pcs.

Potato, Medium Size 1/4 cup
Leeks 1/8 cup
Garlic 1 pc
Cayenne Pepper
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt
Pepper

Cooking Cream/ Thick Cream 1/4 Cup
Fresh Milk 1/4 Cup

Quickmelt Cheese, grated For toppings

Procedure

1.) In a pot, melt butter and saute garlic. Add chopped potatoes and continue sauteing.
2.) Add leeks and season with salt and pepper.
3.) Add Fresh milk and cooking cream and stir. Simmer until potatoes are half cooked.
4.) Season again with salt, pepper and cayenne.
5.) Add chopped Gardenia Cluster Cheese Buns and mix until liquid is absorbe.
6.) Transfer into muffin pan with muffin liners and grate cheese on top.
7.) Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is toasted.
