Ingredients

6 Slices Gardenia Classic White Bread

Bleu Cheese Cream:
2 Tbsp Bleu Cheese
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp Onion, white
Salt & Pepper to taste

Sour Cream and Onion Filling:

1/4 Cup Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp Onion, White
1 Tsp Spring onion
1 Tsp Vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste

Three-Cheese Filling

1/4 Cup Cheese spread
1/4 Cup Cream Cheese spread
1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Cayenne to taste
Paprika to taste

1/4 Cup Cooking Oil











Procedure

To prepare triangle pies:
1. Flatten the bread using a rolling pin. Trim the sides or edges of the bread.
2. Slice the bread In half then poke using a fork then set aside.

To prepare Bleu Cheese Cream:
1.In a bowl, combine bleu cheese, mayonnaise, chopped onion and season with salt, pepper and sugar.

To prepare Sour Cream & Onion:
1.In a bowl, combine, cream cheese, vinegar, mayonnaise, spring onion, and chopped onion. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper and vinegar.

To prepare Three-Cheese Filling:
1. Combine all ingredients in one bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add paprika and cayenne pepper.

To assemble:
1. Spread a thin layer of the bleu cheese cream filling onto the flatten bread slices.
2. Fold bread slices with filling.
3. Brush with oil, and bake until crust is golden brown.
4. Serve warm.
