Gardenia Christmas Snow Balls

Ingredients

8 pcs Gardenia Twiggies Yellow Cake
120 ml condensed milk
100 g melted white chocolate
100 g melted dark chocolate
All purpose cream, if needed

Procedure

Mush the twiggies together with Condensed milk Just to bind it up together.
Form twiggies into balls and prick it with lollipop sticks.

Melt your white chocolate and dark chocolate with all purpose cream. Dip your Twiggies balls with each of chocolate ganache. Make sure to cover the twiggies smoothly and thick.

Using a piping bag, pipe the rest of the chocolate to the coated balls with Christmas theme. Chill and serve.
