Gardenia Chunky Chicken Pandesal
Ingredients20 pcs Gardenia Pandesal
2 1/2 cups Chicken Breast, boiled, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Cucumber, finely chopped
1 tsp Pickle relish
4 tbsp Celery, minced
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper, ground
1/8 tsp Sugar
ProcedureCombine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Top Gardenia Pandesal with 1 tbsp of Chunky Chicken filling.
