Gardenia Crabstick Salad Sandwich
Ingredients8 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread, Thick Slice
5pcs Kani sticks, shredded
200g Cucumber, seeded and cut into strips
1/2 cup Sweet corn kernels
1/2 cup Japanese mayo
1pc Nori wrap, cut into strips
Procedure1. Combine kani, cucumber, corn kernels and Japanese mayo in a bowl.
2. Mix in nori wrap strips.
3. Place lettuce leaves on one side of the bread. Top with kani mixture. Cover with another slice of bread. Serve.
Serves 4 sandwiches
