Gardenia Crispy Hotdog

Ingredients

1 (600g) Gardenia Classic White Bread, crusts removed
500 g Hotdog
1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp mustard

Procedure

Mix butter and mustard in a bowl. Set aside.
Flatten Gardenia Classic White Bread slices using a rolling pin
Spread 1 tsp butter-mustard mixture
Place hotdog diagonally on top of bread. Roll and secure with a toothpick.
Toast the bread rolls until golden brown. Serve warm.
