Gardenia Double Choco Mallows Crunch

Round shaped chocolate chip loaf with chocolate ganache and marshmallow filling then fried until golden brown and crunchy.

Ingredients

6 slices Gardenia Chocolate Chip Loaf

Filling:
1/4 cup Chocolate ganache
5 pcs Marshmallow
1 pc Egg, beaten
1/2 cup Crushed cornflakes

Cooking oil For deep frying
Confectionaire sugar For dusting

Procedure

1.) Cut big round shapes onto the loaf using a large size cookie cutter and set aside.

To make the filling:
1.) In a bowl, combine chocolate ganache and marshmallow and mix until well combined.

To assemble:
1.) Scoop 1 tbsp of the filling mixture and place it in the middle.
2.) Sandwich it with another slice of the bread and seal by crimping the sides using a fork.

To cook:
1.) Dip the bread in beaten egg and roll it in crushed corn flakes.
2.) Pan fry the bread until golden brown and crispy.
3.) Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
