Gardenia Grilled Beef Sandwich with Apple and Cheddar Cheese

Ingredients

4 pcs Gardenia Whole Wheat Pandesal
400 g beef tenderloin, sliced thinly
200 ml soy sauce
60 g white sugar
100 g white onions, sliced
60 g garlic, minced
3 pcs calamansi
2 pcs red apple, sliced thinly
4 pcs cheese singles
1 leaf lollo rossa

Procedure

Marinate your beef with Soy Sauce, sugar, white onions, garlic and calamansi juice. For at least 1 hour
Slice your apples thinly, wash your Lollo Rossa Lettuce and set aside.
Grill your beef until cooked.

To assemble, Place your Lollo Rossa on one side of the Pandesal, top it with the cheese and grilled beef. Place your Thinly Sliced Apples on top of the beef.
Plate and serve
