Gardenia High Fiber Shrimp Cones

Ingredients

6 slices Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread
300g Shrimps, shells removed
1/3 cup Sundried tomatoes, drained and chopped
24 cloves Garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Feta cheese, drained
Parsely, chopped
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Procedure

Heat about a tablespoon of sundried tomato oil in a pan. Stir fry garlic, shrimps and sundried tomato. Cook until shrimps are pinkish in color. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Add in chopped parsley. Spoon shrimp mixture over cone shaped bread. May use martini glass or ice cream cone shaped glass upon serving.
