Gardenia Monggo Burger Sliders

Ingredients

Gardenia Premium Pandesal 4pcs.
Mung Beans 1 cup
Flour 1/4 cup
Egg 1pc
Lettuce 4 leaves
Tomato 3 pcs.
Garlic 2 tbsp
Onion ¼ cup
Liquid Seasoning ¼ cup
Soy Sauce ¼ cup
Mayonnaise ¼ cup
Tomato Ketchup ¼ cup
Salt 1tsp
Pepper 1tsp

Procedure

1. Get two pieces of Gardenia Premium Pandesal, cut into two, then set aside.
2. Prepare all the ingredients. In a bowl, mix mashed mung beans, flour, egg, onion, garlic, soy sauce, and salt & pepper to taste.
3. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the monggo patty.
4. To assemble, spread mayo on one side of the pandesal, add lettuce on top, followed by the monggo burger patty, ketchup, then topped with tomatoes. Serve
