Gardenia Roasted Pork Sandwich with Coleslaw

Ingredients

16 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread, thick slice
500g Roasted liempo, sliced
2 cups Cabbage, shredded
1/2 piece Carrot, julienne cut
1 (80mL) Pouch mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Vinegar
Salt and white pepper to taste

Procedure

For the coleslaw, combine cabbage, carrots and vinegar in a bowl. Mix well. Add in mayonnaise and season the coleslaw with salt and pepper. Set aside.
For the sandwich, evenly place the coleslaw on one side of the bread. Top with meat slices and coleslaw again. Cover with another slice of bread. Serve.
