Gardenia Summer Roll Sandwich
Ingredients4 pcs Gardenia Classic White Bread, thick sliced
200 g shrimp, deveined, cooked
15 g unsalted butter
15 g cucumber
1 pc mango
60 g mayonnaise
15 g mustard
10 g chili powder
5 g paprika
10 g dill
Salt and pepper to taste
ProcedureTo make the sauce:
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, chilli powder, paprika and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside
In a pan, melt butter and sauté shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Once cooked, slice shrimp to small cubes and set aside.
Slice mango and cucumber thinly, set aside.
Flatten Gardenia Classic White Bread. Spread sauce thinly. Top it with shrimp, mango and cucumber.
Roll it well and toast for a minute or two. Plate and serve.
