Gardenia Tropical Burger

Patty made from Banana blossoms, Tomato, lettuce and pineapple in a classic pinoy pandesal.

Ingredients

2 pcs Gardenia Premium Pandesal
2 pcs Pineapple, Round Slices (Sliced thinly)
10 g Lettuce
10 g Onion, white (Sliced thinly)
30 g Mayonnaise. 15 g (1tbsp) for each bun
30 g Mozzarella Cheese (grated)

Puso Ng Saging Patty

1/2 cup Banana Blossoms (minced)
1/2 pc Onion, White (minced)
1/4 cup Flour
1 pc Eggs
Oyster Sauce to taste

Procedure

1.) In a bowl, combine minced banana blossoms, onion, oyster sauce, flour and egg.
Form small rounded patties.
2.) Pan grill patties and set aside.
3.) Heat the pandesal in the oven until golden brown. Slice the pandesal and add the lettuce, tomato, pineapple and patty and top with mozzarella cheese.
4.) Place the slider inside the oven and bake until cheese is melted. Once done, cover
with the other half of the PandeSal and put toothpick on the middle to secure
the slider.
5.) Serve Warm.
