Ingredients

2 Pcs. Soft Delight Pandesal
2 Pcs. Gourmet Spanish Sardines
Pickled veggies (Included in sardines)
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
30 ml Butter, Melted

Procedure

1.) Prepare two Gardenia Soft Delight Pandesal and sliced it in the middle.
2.) Brush the bread with melted butter and set aside.
3.) Spread Mayonnaise on one side of the bread and place 1 piece of Spanish sardines
and cover it with the other half of the bread.
4.) toast the bread on a non stick skillet until golden brown in color
5.) serve hot.
