No Bake – Butterscotch Cheesecake in a jar

Ingredients

10 slices Gardenia Amazing Butterscotch Loaf
8 oz cream cheese
½ cup All-purpose cream
½ cup white sugar
Fruit of your choice

Procedure

1. Using a round cookie cutter with the same size of the jar, cut breads and set it aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar together. Fold in all-purpose cream.
3. To assemble, place bread at the bottom of the jar, pour cheesecake mixture on it. Top it again with bread. Repeat process until it reaches the top. Garnish with fruit of your choice.
4. Place inside the chiller until cheesecake sets. Plate and serve.
