Pocket Sandwich Cream Cheese and Choco Ghost Sandwich

Ingredients

3 pcs Chocolate Pocket Sandwich
1/4 cup Chocolate, melted
6 pcs Candy eyes

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 cup Cream Cheese, Softened
4 cups Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp Vanilla
pinch of salt

Procedure

1.) In a mixer bowl, place 1 cup of Cream Cheese and beat on a medium speed until smooth using the paddle attachment. If you are using a hand mixer, place the Cream Cheese on a large bowl and beat it until smooth.
2.) Add in the powdered sugar gradually on low speed at first, then increse to medium speed and continuing mixing for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture starts to come together.
3.) Add in the Vanilla Extract and salt and continue mixing until well combined.
4.) Using a ghost shape cookie cutter, cut the Gardenia Pocket Sandwich Chocolate and set aside.
5.) spread the Cream Cheese frosting on top of the pocket sandwich and pipe lining using the melted chocolate.
6.) Paste 2 candy eyes on each pocket ghost sandwich and enjoy.
