Quiche Pan de Sal

Ingredients

• Gardenia Whole Wheat Buns – 1 pack
• Butter – 1 stick
• Onion, white – ½ pc, chopped, cooked
• Eggs – 5 pcs lightly beaten
• Cooking cream – 1 ½ cup
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Black Pepper – ½ tsp
• Cooked Ham – 1 ½ cup
• 3 Cheese – choices (Parmesan, swiss, cheddar, mozzarella) – 2 cups
• Spring onions – ¼ cup

Procedure

1. Get 1 pc of Gardenia Whole Wheat Bun, slice half way in the middle to create a small pocket also score the top part of the bun.

2. Fill the bun with only half of the ham and cheese and set aside.

3. Preheat the oven. Use the butter to grease the baking dish.

4. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, cream, ham, cheese, cooked onion, and season with salt and pepper.

5. Place a bun inside a baking dish, pour in the filling. Add a few more cheese.

6. Bake the quiche pandesal for 30 mins. And serve hot
