I. Position Summary

The Data Analyst position will be responsible for analyzing data sources, optimizing performance, and ensuring data accuracy. This role includes developing and maintaining dashboards, troubleshooting data visualization tools, and assisting end-users with data-related insights.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or any equivalent
- Working knowledge in using Data Visualizations Tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI and etc.
- Has great familiarity with Agile methodology
- With at least 1 year of experience as Data Analyst or similar role

Job Description:
- Responsible for designing and managing different areas related to the spectrum of work of Oracle
- Design, code, and maintain the Oracle systems based on established standards
- Perform design and development of Oracle application according to project requirements
- Understand project requirements and develop design specifications
- Perform initial design reviews and recommend improvements
- Write clear codes and prepare coding documentations
- Provide technical assistance to other Developers as needed
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues in a timely manner
- Develop Oracle reports, database procedures and UNIX Shell Scripts
- Assists in system integration and acceptance testing and perform bug fixes on programming guidelines
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science or any related courses
- With at least 2 years of experience in similar role
- With experience in Oracle Functional Analysis is an advantage;
- With experience in Oracle EBS functionality is an advantage
- Highly knowledgeable in Oracle PL/SQL development, Unix shell scripting and Oracle database server

- Develop and implement and comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives and goals
- Design and maintain data models. ensuring data accuracy, consistency and efficiency
- Oversee the selection, deployment and management of the database and data storage solutions
- Establish data integration processes to facilitate the flow of the data between systems, applications and databases
- Define and enforce data governance policies, including data security, privacy and compliance
- Create and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data lineage and metadata
- Optimize data systems for performance, scalability and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and evaluate their relevance and potential adoption
- Provide guidance and mentorship to data professionals within the team
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Computer Science or any related courses
- Certified Data Management Professional or Certified Information Systems Security Professional is an advantage
- Proficient in data modeling techniques such as conceptual, logical and physical data modeling
- Understanding of database architecture, storage engines, replication and clustering
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks, policies and procedures
- Experience establishing and enforcing data quality standards, data security measures and data lifecycle management procedures
- Proficient in ETL processes and tools such as but not limited to Informatica and Talend
- Familiarity with big data platforms and technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Hbase etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform
- Experience optimizing database performance, query execution, data access patterns and performance tuning techniques such as indexing strategies
- Strong documentation skills to create and maintain data architecture diagram, data dictionaries data flow diagrams and technical specifications
