Employee Relations – Employee Engagement Supervisor

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• With at least 5 years of working experience in a supervisory capacity preferably coming from manufacturing or any service oriented industry
• Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written form
• With strong leadership skill and sense of urgency
