• Graduate of Bachelor of Law or any related courses
• With experience in similar role 
• With experience in handling administrative or any labor cases
• Has great familiarity in drafting legal documents from scratch
• Has great familiarity with Philippine Labor Code
• With good interpersonal skills
• Willing to be assigned in LIIP, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
