Software Quality Assurance Analyst


Main Purpose

  • Identifying the organization’s business needs through communication with the customer. Testing the system for errors, bugs and interoperability, while organizing and tracking progress and evaluating for performance.

Job Description

  • Writes, edits and revises technical computer documentation including but not limited to tutorials, ISO documents, manuals, change request documents, sign-off documents and the like
  • Gathers information from and meets with users, vendors, project leaders, senior management and/or technical staff to determine technical and non technical products processes, procedures and business needs for documentation
  • Test documentation products and written procedures for clarity, applicability and efficiency. Ensures materials conform to established and relevant standards, policies and procedures
  • Collects feedbacks regarding usability and readability and readability of documentation and revises materials
  • Communicate user process and requirements to technical project team working on computer system development
  • Assists in the development of publication standards for style, design, format, typography and graphic content
  • Monitor compliance with required documentation and reporting as stated in ISO

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS in Information Technology or any related courses
  • With 1 to 4 years of experience in technical documentation and software quality assurance process
  • With good working knowledge in Defect Management and Manual Testing
  • With good theoretical knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • “Can do” attitude;
  • Ability to perform multi-tasking and can handle pressure at all times
  • Amenable to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
