Beef Sukiyaki & Cheese Melt Slider

2 pcs. Gardenia Premium Pandesal
200 g Thinly Sliced Beef Sirloin
20 g Julienne Sliced Onion, White
1 Tbsp Julienne Sliced Garlic
80 g Grated Mozzarella Cheese
20 g Cheddar Cheese
1.) In a pan, saute onion and bell pepper then add garlic.
2.) Add sirloin strips and season with salt and pepper. Set Aside.
3.) Slice Gardenia Pandesal in half. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and add the sirloin strips.
4.) Top with mozzarella and the other half of the Pan de sal.
5.) Brush melted butter on top of pandesal and cover the pan with foil bake until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
