Gardenia BBQ Tofu Sandwich

Ingredients

2 slices Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Bread
2 slices Tofu
1/8 cup BBQ Sauce
10grams Sliced Apples
10 grams Sliced Tomato
10 grams Sliced Cucumber
10 grams Shreded cabbage
1tbsp Mustard

Procedure

1. Get 2 slices of Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Bread. Set aside.
2. In a small bowl, marinate Tofu with BBQ Sauce. Set aside for 10 minutes.
3. Fry the tofu until golden brown.
4. To assemble, In one slice of High Fiber Wheat Bread, place the shredded cabbage, top with sliced
cucumber, sliced tomatoes and the sliced apples.
5. Spread the mustard on top and place the cooked BBQ Tofu.
6. Top with another Slice of Gardenia Highfiber Wheat Bread.
