Gardenia French Toast

Ingredients

4 slices Gardenia California Raisin Loaf
3/4 cup Cornflakes
2 pcs Eggs
1/2 cup Fresh milk
4 tbsp Butter or margarine

Procedure

1. Beat eggs and milk with wire whisk in a bowl until well blended.
2. Dip Gardenia California Raisin Loaf into egg mixture, then into cornflakes, turning to evenly coat both sides of bread.
3. Melt a tbsp of butter in a pan. Place bread in the hot pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
4. Remove from heat, keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter and bread. Serve warm with scrambled egg.
