Gardenia Fresh Pandesal

Ingredients

20 pcs Gardenia Pandesal, sliced in half
1/3 cup Celery, finely chopped
1 cup Red apple, cut into cubes
1 cup Raisins
1 1/2 cup Lettuce, shredded
2/3 cup Walnuts
2 1/2 tsps Lemon Juice
1 bar Cream cheese

Procedure

1. Pour lemon juice over apple. Set aside.
2. Roast walnuts in an oven toaster for 3 to 5 minutes. Set aside.
3. Mix lettuce, celery and raisins. Add apple and walnuts
4. Fill Gardenia Pandesal with a slice of cream cheese and vegetable-nut mixture.
