Gardenia Grilled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients

Gardenia Classic White Bread 2 slices

Grilled Pork:
Liempo slices for grilling 2 slices
Salt and pepper to taste
Soy sauce 1 Tbsp

Coleslaw:
Carrots, shredded 1/2 cup
Cabbage, shredded 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Cane Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

To prepare Grilled Pork:
1.) Marinate liempo slices with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
2.) Grill the marinated pork until cooked. Slice into bite size pieces then set aside.

To make the coleslaw:
1.) Combine shredded cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise and vinegar in a bowl.
2.) Mix well and season with sugar, salt and pepper to desired taste.

To assemble the sandwich:
1.) Place the coleslaw evenly on one side of the bread.
2.) Top with the sliced meat and top it again with coleslaw.
3.) Cover the top with another slice of bread.
4.) Serve and enjoy!
