Gardenia Halloween Longganisa Open Faced Sandwich

Ingredients

2 pcs US600
6 pcs Skinless Longganisa
1 Tbps Vinegar
4 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 slices Sliced Cheese

Procedure

1.) Trim the sides of each slice of bread and slice it into half. Spread 1 Tbsp of tomato ketchup on each slice of bread and set aside.
2.) On a separate bowl, remove the skin of the longganisa and crumble it. Pan fry the longganisa until cooked and caramelized. Set aside.
3.) Place 1 tbsp of crumbled longganisa on each slice of bread and top it with sliced cheese to make it look like a mummy.
4.) bake it until cheese melts. design your mummy with eye candies.
5.) Serve it and enjoy.
