Gardenia Longganiza Melt Sandwich

4 pcs Gardenia Classic White Bread, thick sliced
6 pcs Skinless longganiza
30 g onion
2 pcs egg
4 pcs cheese, singles
Lolo rossa lettuce
In a pan, cook onion, longganiza and egg(Sunny side up) separately. Set aside
In a separate pot, place cooked longganiza and top it with onion, egg and 2 pcs cheese singles. Place it inside the oven for a minute or until cheese melts.
To Assemble, Place lollo rossa at one side of the Gardenia Classic White Bread thick slice. Top it with the Longganiza melt, cover with another slice. Plate and serve.
