Gardenia Mango and Shrimp Quesadilla

Ingredients

2 pcs. Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Raisin Loaf
¼ cup Ripe Mango, diced
12 pcs. Shrimp, cooked
2tbsp Cream Cheese
1tbsp Onion leeks
2tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste

Procedure

Get 2 slices of Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Raisin Loaf, flatten it and cut into half triangular slices and set aside.

In a bowl, mix mango, onion leeks, lemon juice and shrimp until well incorporated. Add salt and pepper to adjust taste.

Get the bread, spread cream cheese on one side. Place the shrimp and top it off with the mango salsa.

Serve.
