Gardenia Meatless Monte Cristo

Ingredients

4 pcs Gardenia Slim N Fit Wheaten Bread
60 g cheddar cheese, grated
60 g quickmelt cheese, grated
1 pc avocado, thinly sliced
1 pc large egg
30 ml whole milk
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp unsalted butter
Powdered sugar and strawberry jam, on the side

Procedure

Take 2 slices of Gardenia Slim N’ Fit, place sliced avocado on one side and top it with cheddar and quick melt cheese, cover with another slice.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar. Brush the mixture on both sides of the sandwich.
Melt the butter on a grill pan. Cook both sides of the sandwich until cheese melts.
Transfer the sandwiches to a cutting board and cut them in half. Set on plates and dust lightly with confectioner’s sugar, if desired. Serve with strawberry jam for dipping.
