Gardenia Pan-a-koyaki ( Takoyaki Bread)

Ingredients

2 pcs Gardenia Premium Pan de sal

Vegetable:
1/4 cup Cabbage thinly sliced
1/8 cup Carrots thinly sliced
1/8 cup Onion,White thinly slice
1 tsp. Spring Onions chopped finely

Meat:
2 sticks Crab Stick chopped
1 pc. Egg

Seasoning:
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
Salt And Pepper to taste

Cooking Oil for pan frying
Japanese Mayonnaise and Nori strips for garnish

Procedure

1.) In a bowl, combine sliced pan de sal and vegetables
2.) Add egg and mix well until bread is mashed and well incorporated
3.) Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper and continuously mix
4.) Transfer into ice cube molders and freeze
5.) Pop the mixture out from the ice cube maker and pan fry the pan-a-koyaki until all sides are brown and crispy
6.) Place on a serving plate and drizzle with mayonnaise and sprinkle nori strips on top. Serve warm.
