Gardenia Patty Melt

Ingredients

8 pcs Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread
350 g ground beef (80%meat to 20%fat)
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp ground pepper
100 g quick melt cheese
8 pcs cheese singles
1 tbsp unsalted butter
For the caramelized onions:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 pcs white onions, sliced

Procedure

Combine Ground Beef, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, and quick melt cheese together. Mix well and create single patties.
In a Flat Iron Griddle, Melt your butter and cook your Ground Beef to medium well.

In another pan, Heat olive oil and add sliced onions. Caramelized Onions until brown but not burn.

To assemble place cheese single on one side of the bread, top it with the Beef Patty, Caramelized Onions and another slice of Cheese Single. Cover it with the other slice of bread.

Place your sandwich on the Iron griddle again and flat it using a plate until the cheese melts.

Plate and Serve with Fries and Mayo-Ketchup dressing.
