Gardenia Pink Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients

10 slices Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Raisin Loaf
2 cans Pink salmon, drained
1 (80mL) Pouch light mayonnaise
4 pieces Egg, boiled and sliced
1 piece Apple, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Celery, chopped
Lemon juice
Lettuce leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

Combine pink salmon, celery and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix until blended. season the mixture with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Place lettuce leaves on one side of the bread. Top with pink salmon mixture, apple and egg slices. Cover with another slice of bread. Serve.
