Gardenia Pork Caesar Salad Sandwich

8 slices Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread
400 g Pork slices
5 Tbsp Ceasar Salad Dressing, store bought
5 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and Ground Black Pepper
* if desired, lessen salad dressing in the mixture
Season pork with salt and pepper. Pan fry the meat until cooked. Set aside.
Combine lettuce leaves and Caesar salad dressing in a bowl. Add in pork and parmesan cheese. Mix until all the ingredients are coated with the dressing. Season the mixture with pepper. Divide salad mixture on four portions. Top mixture on one side of the bread. Cover with another slice of bread. Serve.
