Gardenia Shrimp Salad Buns

Ingredients

Gardenia Clustered Pandesal 2 pcs

Peeled Shrimps 1/4 cup
Cornstarch 2 tbsp.

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Oil 1/4 cup

Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Condensed Milk 2 tbsp.
Fruit cocktail 1/4 cup

Leeks for garnish

Procedure

To make the shrimp salad:
1.) In a bowl, season the shrimp with salt and pepper then add cornstarch.
2.) On a non stick pan, add oil and cook the shrimps until well done then set aside.
3.) On another pan, mix together mayonnaise and condensed milk on medium heat.
4.) Add the fruit cocktail and shrimps then mix then set aside.

to assemble:
1.) Slice the Gardenia Clustered Pandesal in half.
2.) Place the shrimp salad and sandwich it with the other half.
3.) Garnish with onion leeks.
4.) Serve and enjoy!
