Gardenia Spanish Sardines Omelette

Ingredients

6 pcs Gardenia Whole Wheat Bun
1 can Spanish Sardines, in can
3 pcs Eggs, whole
1 pc White Onions
3 tsp Spring Onions
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper

Procedure

Get a piece of Gardenia Whole Wheat Bun, cut into half and set aside.

To make caramelized onion: Coat a pan with olive oil/ cooking oil, Heat the pan and add the chopped white onions, cook until the onions turn opaque and starting to brown. Set aside.

Sauté Spanish Sardines remove from heat and set aside.

Make omelette by beating eggs in a bowl, add chopped spring onions, season with salt and pepper. Fry in a nonstick pan until fluffy, remove from heat.

To assemble, layer one side of the whole wheat bun, scrambled egg, Spanish sardines, caramelized onion, and sprinkle with spring onions and topped with the other side of the whole wheat bun.
