Ham and Veggie Quiche

Ingredients

5 pcs Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Raisin Loaves
2 pcs Sweet Ham
2 tbsp White onion
1 tbsp Chopped garlic
2 tbsp Green and red bell pepper
1 tbsp Button mushroom
1/2 cup All-purpose cream
1 pc egg
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Pepper

Procedure

1.) To Prepare Cups, Press down Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Raisin Loaf into molds for a cup. Bake until slightly toasted.
2.) In a saute pan, saute onion and garlic until softened. Add ham and continue sauteing.
3.) Add the remaining vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
4.) on a separate bowl, combine together cream, egg and parmesan cheese then add the sauteed ham and veggies.
5.) pour in the mixture into the prepared cups and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg mixture sets and the crust gets Crispy.
