Mexican Taco

Ingredients

60g Bacon Bits
1 can Canned baked Beans
1 tbsp Onion, white
1 tbsp Garlic
Paprika
Cumin
2 pcs Eggs
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup All-purpose cream
salt and pepper to taste
4 drops vinegar
sugar

Procedure

1.) Flatten the Gardenia Classic White Bread using a rolling pin. Using a cookie cutter, cut circles onto the bread and brush with olive oil.
2.) Bake in the oven, until slightly brown.
3.) In a pan, saute onion and garlic. Add the canned baked beans and season with salt and pepper. Add cumin(optional) and paprika to taste.
4.) In a non-stick pan, cook the beaten egg and make it a scrambled egg. Set aside.
5.) To assemble, place baked beans onto the flattened bread, top with scrambled egg and bacon bits. You may add grated cheese on top and serve with hot sauce.
6.) Enjoy while it’s warm.
