Gardenia Classic White Bread 2 slices
Onion, thinly sliced 1 pc
Potato, Thinly sliced 1 pc
Spring Onion, Chopped 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1 cup
Egg 3 pc
1.) In a pan, add vegetable oil, onion and potato and simmer until tender.
2.) Drain the potatoes and transfer into a bowl with 3 eggs and add spring onion. Then mix.
3.) Toast Gardenia Classic White Bread and slice into small cubes and add to the mixture.
4.) Pour the mixture in a non-stick pan and cook for about 5-6 minutes or until set.
5.) Slide in a plate and flip into the pan and continue cooking until set.
6.) Serve and enjoy!
