Stuffed Bell Peppers

Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Loaf (cubed)
Red & Green Bell Peppers (seeded)
1. Bake the bellpeppers at 140° for 10mins.
2. Cut the Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Loaf into cubes and set aside.
3. Saute onions, garlic, carrots, ground beef; season with thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
4. Stuff the bellpeppers with the beef, bread cubes, top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted then serve.
