Ingredients

Gardenia Butter Toast
Cheese Sauce
Cabbage
Cream Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Vinegar
Garlic
Mayonnaise
Beef
Paprika
Olive Oil
Cumin
Onion
Corn
Walnuts
Cucumber
Broccoli
Cherry Tomatoes
Squash
Sugar
Bell Pepper
Sweet Potato

Procedure

Grilled Veggie on Toast

To prepare grilled vegetable:
1.) Grill the vegetables on a stove, on a griller or roast it inside the oven.
2.) Slice the vegetable into small cubes and place into a bowl. For the corn, remove the kernels from the cob using a knife.
3.) Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

To assemble toast:
1.) Spread the cream cheese onto the toast.
2.) Top the mixed grilled/ roasted vegetables and garnish with parsley.
3.) Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if desired.

Mash and Nuts on Toast

To prepare squash and kamote:
1.) Mash the boiled squash in a bowl.
2.) Slice the kamote into small cubes and add it to the mashed squash.
3.) Add chopped roasted walnuts and mix.
4.) Season with salt, pepper and sugar and mix together

To assemble toast:
1.) Spread the mashed squash and kamote onto the slice of Gardenia Butter toast.
2.) Top with chopped roasted walnuts and serve.

Beef and Salsa on Toast

To Prepare Tomato Salsa:
1.) Slice the tomatoes, onion and cucumber into small cubes and transfer into a bowl.
2.) Add olive oil, vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
3.) mix well.

To Prepare Nacho Beef:

1.) In a pan, add olive oil and saute beef.

2.) Season with salt and pepper, cumin and paprika.
3.) Set Aside.

To Prepare Garlic Mayo:
1.) In a bowl, combine garlic and mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper then set aside.

To assemble toast:
1.) Spread the garlic mayo onto the toast. Top the chopped lettuce, then the beef and tomato salsa.
2.) Drizzle cheese sauce on top.
